Pre & Post Events

Show at your best

Give your horse — and yourself — the best possible outcome with a strategic pre-show bodywork session designed to optimize performance and recovery.

Pre-show PEMF therapy helps soften trigger points, support circulation, and regulate the nervous system — especially valuable during the intensity of show prep. When thoughtfully integrated with targeted massage, KT taping, and light therapy the results are amplified.

PEMF therapies are typically recommended 24–72 hours before show day. Because each horse responds uniquely, understanding your horse’s individual response pattern is key to optimizing timing and maximizing performance outcomes.

Pre-show preparation is not just about polishing the exterior — it is about preparing the physiology beneath it.

Recover and honor the work

After the intensity of competition, the body deserves deliberate restoration.

A post-event recovery session is designed to help the equine athlete recalibrate physically and mentally after the demands of hauling, warming up, competing, and standing in a heightened show environment.

PEMF therapy post-show supports circulation, assists in the reduction of inflammation, and helps shift the nervous system out of sympathetic “performance mode” and back toward recovery. When combined with focused massage, KT taping, and light therapy, the recovery process becomes more comprehensive and intentional.

Sessions can be performed at the show prior to loading to support a relaxed haul home or back at the barn as part of a structured recovery protocol.

True performance care extends beyond the ribbon. Intentional recovery protects longevity, preserves soundness, and strengthens the partnership that makes competition possible.
